• In-stock items typically ship within 5–21 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Please allow up to 5 business days for payment processing.
• Once your order has been packaged, no changes can be made.
• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• If you’d like to cancel after shipment, you may refuse the package. Once returned to us, we will credit you for the merchandise (shipping and return fees still apply).

Orders shipped within North Carolina are subject to applicable NC sales tax. Customers outside NC are responsible for taxes required by their own state or jurisdiction.
